The steep steps to the front door and the spiral staircase mean that Penzercott would be problematic and hence unsuitable for guests with mobility problems.

The spiral staircase and rails on the mezzanine floor would not meet current building regulations due to the large gaps in the rails on both. We do think Penzercott is unsuitable for children under 12 years for these safety reasons but parental supervision is all! In renting Penzercott you do so entirely at your own risk and Philip and Lindsay Peaston will accept no responsibility or liability for injury or loss sustained whist staying at the property, however it may be caused.

Accordingly you stay entirely at your own risk.
